Nicole Hackney, CIP, ICP, is a collaborative insurance leader with over 14 years of experience in underwriting, operations, training, and strategic leadership within the mutual insurance industry. She currently serves in dual roles at Farm Mutual Re as Team Leader, Business Operations, and Executive Support Coordinator, where she drives operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level strategic initiatives. Nicole has also held roles as a professor and facilitator, sharing her industry knowledge with the next generation of insurance professionals. A passionate advocate for continuous improvement, she specializes in streamlining workflows, enhancing the member experience, and leading teams through change. Nicole holds certifications in Commercial Insurance, Risk Management, and Instructional Design, and is completing an executive leadership program through the Rotman School of Management. Known for her member-centric approach and ability to lead with both empathy and strategy, Nicole is committed to fostering growth across teams, organizations, and the broader insurance community.
